GPS Defaults to dealership

Help . I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and every time anyone plugs into Apple Maps , my Jeep defaults to the dealership as a location and no my current location. I took my Jeep to the dealership and they don’t know what to do . Help please

I had this problem on my JL. Took it to the dealer and had the audio system updated per TSB 08-012-18 Rev D and all works perfectly now. I have no idea if this will work on the Cherokee. May want to ask your dealer if there is a applicable TSB for the Cherokee.
