My dealership is asking me which stock tires do I want on my Jeep - Goodyear Wrangler All Terrain Adventure vs Bridgestone Dueller A/T. They aren’t charging me - long story. I’ve read a few posts and can’t decide. Which stock tire is better?

Goodyear if I had to pick from the two. The Bridgestones are not a high mileage tire.

Are either any better at road noise or snow?

I have tried to do a little bit of research myself. It’s hard to find an apples to apples comparison, but what I have learned is that the Goodyears are quieter on the road and better in snow and rain. Keep us posted if you learn anything more definitive.

My wife's JLU has the Goodyear Wrangler ATs, and my JL had the Bridgestones. My personal feeling is that the Goodyears are significantly better. They handle better and are quieter on-road, and excellent in the rain. The Bridgestones were fine in the wet weather but they were a noisy tire. I took them off at 7K miles when I swapped on the BFG KO2s from a Rubicon.

The Bridgestone Duelers do very well in winter conditions.

I’ve found that Goodyears are very susceptible to even minor road hazards. I one had a flat from a sharp piece of gravel. This has always been from OEM tires, as I wouldn’t consider anything Goodyear offers other than maybe the DuraTrac.

On the other hand I’ve never had problems with Bridgestones. Their Revo series are excellent, but the latest version is kinda ugly.

I don't have any experience with Bridgestone, however I can say Goodyear is my brand of choice.

Bridgestone Dueler and Goodyear Wrangler tires dance to the same tune in trials of dry braking and halt, an orchestration of harmony. Yet, in the realm of dry roads, the Wrangler's center tread takes the lead, an angle of advantage that lets it gracefully outshine, handling the earth's stage with traction's tender embrace.

I'm thinking that's something only an A.I. bot would come up with, but that was oddly beautiful tire poetry 😁
