Be careful! The larger rubber spacers are over $100 EACH! I found this out the hard way after trimming one too much and having to replace it.

What you have attached is for the oversized spare tire carrier, not the hinge reinforcement. They are separate kits.
The part number @Jeepguy4 attached is correct. Snagged this pic from another thread, and you can see on the instructions the correct bumper’s part number.
