It's only impersonating if he doesn't deliver mail.If you don't actually work for USPS I'd be careful. Impersonating a postal worker is a federal crime and the mail police are bored. Not telling you how to live your life or anything, just a friendly heads up in case you didn't know. If you are a postal worker please disregard.
I am not a lawyer, but US MALL or US MALE might be different enough to avoid the problem.
