I own a brand new 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xE. Every four or five trips I take this glitching takes place and does not go away during the driving. I’ve taken it into the dealership and they say there are no software updates or engineering posts on such an issue. I showed service writer this video I took. I offered to send video, but service writer did not want it. Not sure what he told the actual technician working on my vehicle. Why wouldn’t he take my video and have the engineers post it in case it comes up again. Anyone have any issue such as this? If so, what was the remedy? I told him if it acts up again, if I can I will drive it to the dealer to look at while it’s happening. He looked at me funny.

Looks like the screen is switching pages back and forth. You don’t by chance have a steering wheel cover or have your hand resting on the up/down pad on the steering wheel? Could be a bad cable to the steering wheel controls, a stuck button, or bad module.

Thanks Robert!
I will take a look at the buttons on the steering wheel. It was doing it in each of the modes as I switched through them.

I also would bet it’s a button issue
