I picked up a ‘24 4xe this past weeked. Early this morning I remembered to check out the fuse box and make sure all of the fuses were seated. While doing so I noticed that two relays felt considerably warmer than the rest of the assembly.

It was charging overnight (level 1 charger) and at the time the battery was at 86%.

Has anyone else ever noticed this? Any cause for concern?

When the vehicle is charging the vehicle is awake and aware. That means relays are actuated and power is actively flowing through the fuse box. This is normal.
