Fuel funnel

Stupid question, where the heck is the fuel funnel that comes with cars these days? I figured it would be near the jack, but it's not there.

Our Jeeps don't have capless, spring-loaded fuel fill doors. We wouldn't need a funnel when adding fuel to our Wranglers from a fuel can (where capless vehicles would require said funnel).
