Front turn signal options

After about a year of having these aftermarket fenders and turn signals, I think it's time to look for other turn signal options...
In my opinion, these little lights are fairly bright. But, when I'm turning left or right, it seems as though nobody notices the blinkers.
Is there anything around 2" diameter that I could put in the grill, under the headlights that oncoming traffic would have no problem noticing?
I realize that there's not a whole lot of room behind that grill, so I need to take that into account for placement.
Here's a picture of the small turn signal. I don't know if it's possible, but I'd like to wire it up as regular marker lights and turn signals.

It looks like you have halogen headlights. Keep your blinkers and update your headlights to LED with a switchback option. I think the caveat is that you probably need to keep everything LED or go down the path of programming with jscan or tazer. Here are a few ideas

I’ve thought the same thing about mine. Seems like nobody sees them in the daytime. There’s a lot of different truck lights that are 2”. You can check them out in person at a big rig supply store. I’ve also been thinking about installing 7” headlights that have a daytime halo that doubles as a blinker.
