Front trail cam, black screen/not working

2022 JLR OEM front trail cam is not working. It just shows a black screen, but still shows the steering/tire guidelines. Backup cam and other radio functions seem fine. Any ideas of things to check?

Edit: also, does anyone know where the CVPM (central video processing module) is located? I believe part # is 68551941AA but the diagrams I am able to find don't show location. I'm wondering if the cable pulled loose from this module

Did you ever figure out where it is? I am thinking center console but not sure. Gladiator brahs want to mount it there instead of ripping our interior out to access it on the cab wall.

Yes, the CVPM is mounted in the center console on the JL's.
