Front Seat Captive NUT Question

I removed my passenger side front seat and I am going to touch up a few scratches/scrapes on my floor pan (some are from the factory and some are from me...oops).

Does anyone know if the front seat rearward holes/captive nuts drain through the floor or anything?
Or is there just a little space or trough under the captive nuts? Like on the front two?

Like, what would happen if I dropped something down there? Would it be gone forever? lolz.
How would I get water out of there if it got in there?

I looked underneath and couldn't find any drainage around that area.

with the seat rail in place nothing would ever make it to that point. there is a drain plug under both front seats. In the front foot well, and in the rear foot wells.
