Front bumper bolt/nut torque specs

Hello forum, will be installing my CavFab Rampage front bumper this coming week. Contacted CavFab to see what torque specs for mounting bolts, awaiting answer, however, I thought I would ask here as well. Anyone have torque spec?

The 4 frame horn bolts on either side are 60lbs. Installed my bumper today.
