i am picking up my 18 JL 2 door rubicon in a couple of days.
so i'm posting a poll for anyone experiencing frame weld issues
i would like to see just how many are on 4 door vs 2 door JL's

i also want to see if they are rubicon specific or other.

I would accept a 18 unless the dealer puts it on a lift to inspect welds. Look at
1. Track bar bracket, swingarm brackets and control arm bracket welds.
2. Look at the slag on the welds...if there is a lot that jeep will have rusting welds soon and eventually fail.
3. Porosity....look at number 1 but also all other visable welds. It is often very bad under the drivers side doors. These welds will end up rusting and failing.

Hope u get a good one.
