So I rotated the tires and put spare tire into the rotation and for the life of me could not find any info an having 5 or 4 tpms on the jeep well I have 5 so I was very happy with that.

ALL, Jeep JL/JLU's leaving the factory have a TPMS in each wheel .... on all 5 wheels.
In regard to the Jeep Gladiator, (JT) that vehicle comes without a TPMS in the spare.... unless you order the upgraded wheel package and then the spare also has a TPMS.
