FORM/Max Regen Software Updates (2022)?

I had my 4xe in the shop last month for its first oil change, center console usb/Carplay problem, cracked Gorilla Glass, recurring FORM issues and a sudden decrease in Max Regen braking "strength". In order to address the FORM issues I had they performed a number of updates over 2 visits. When I asked about the Max Regen issue they are telling me that the software updates for FORM and other modules reduced the braking force due to customer feedback...which I fail to believe because I know it was just increased last fall around the time I took delivery. Is there anyway to look up the details of these updates:

I love max regen. Why do they have to screw with things that are not broken when there’s other things they could be fixing.

I have seen no evidence to suggest that there is an update out that changes anything about max regen other than to make it latch or anything regarding form behavior. I suspect this is more of a "we reflashed a bunch of things and are telling you the behavior change is due to that to placate you, rather than figure out what actually is going on" situation.

Curious - what is the front USB issue?

I believe a number of us have had issues with the center console USB port maintaining a connection with Apple CarPlay, while the Instrument Panel USB works just fine. They want to replace my head unit today so we will see if that helps the issue.

My thoughts exactly. That's why I posted this question to see if anyone has a way to look up changelog notes for each of the updates I received.
