I would like to share some prototypes I built for my Jeep. It comes with a foldable NMO base, so I can fold it whenever I am not offroading and need that height clearance.

I would love to find a nice simple rugged foldable antenna mount. in my case looking for a CB antenna one. The best one I have seen is $100+ the others, are cheap and snap at the threads.
