Has anybody used that small dial next to the light switch to wire fog lights in? The small wheel/switch to the left appears to do nothing in my base model jeep while the right wheel/switch operates the interior lighting.

I am wondering if I could tap into this switch somehow to connect aftermarket fogs....

That switch is wired to very dim lights that light up your door locks inside your Jeep, so you may have to disable that circuit first. You can see those lights only at night, and if you stare at your door lock while turning the switch. I’m leaving mine be, and am having a switch installed below my steering wheel when my spot lights are installed next week (I have a Sport without aux switches).
