Flat tire-ish sound

I have a manual 2020 jl 2 door sport. I have a 2.5 in metal cloak lift, 35 in tires and have regeared it to 4.88. A couple months ago I noticed a new sound. It kind of sounds like a flat tire. The catch is that the sound only starts at 65 mph+ and only when there's a constant pressure on the gas or when I accelerate slowly. If the jeep is slowing down or I let off the accelerator the sound stops. If I accelerate faster then there's no sound either until I get to a constant speed. It's loud and traveling on the highway is annoying.

No there is not any light bars

What could the sound be coming from? Thanks
