FlashCal Issues

So I bought a FlashCal years ago for my 2018 JLU. I need to adjust some settings, i plugged it in and when i try to change tire size (or gear ratio or anything) it says "vehicle communication error". It's the same jeep i originally used it with. Would there need to be an update to the FlashCal? Any thoughts on the issue and why it's not communicating with the jeep?

Did you leave this " Married" to the jeep and has the Jeep been the dealer for any updates since using the flash cal? if so you may have just lost all the data and will be locked out. You can give superchips a call there customer service is great. Had one of their programmers on my ram back a few years man it really opened up the power with the 5.7 hemi.
