Tomorrow, if all goes as I expect, I will buy my first Jeep at 58. I've been waiting and looking at them for the past year and a half, and I found a used 2025 4dr Willys XR with the exact equipment I want. I plan to get a Taser Mini.
* So, thinking about getting a headliner to hold heat and lower road noise, and I'm looking for suggestions.
* I'd like to get a UV sunshade for the front and rear (suggestions factoring in the head-side airbag)
* Eventually, a metal stubby bumper with the loop (suggestions)?

Any other ideas from experience?
Congrats on the new Jeep, Russ!

Since you mentioned both a headliner and sunshade, I wanted to jump in and clarify a couple things.

Our sunshades were designed specifically to work with the 2024–present Wrangler JL and its side-airbag configuration. For the installation, the bungees go above and over the top of the roll bars and secure onto the included clips that we supply for installation. This should not interfere with the side air bag deployment.

Here are our installation instructions so you can take a look:

As for the headliner, our Hothead Headliners are different from the factory Mopar headliners in that they include a true radiant-barrier layer. That helps reduce radiant heat coming through the hard top during the summer and helps retain heat during colder weather, in addition to helping with interior noise and echo.

Hope that helps and congrats again on your first Jeep!

This little tray that fits in the dash grab handle space has always been a must-have accessory for all of my Jeeps. Inexpensive and useful!
I dont endorse this brand, it's just one example of the MANY manufacturers of this great little accessory!
