There’s something call a minimum cap value (I forget the actual name). I was close to leasing a sport s and had the price to $38k but the min cap value was $40k which jacked the price up $40/mo or so.
There’s no such thing. Maybe they were just trying to spin the minimum that they were willing to sell it at into something more than it is.

Just for the record when I dealt with Tri-City they gave me every variable and matched my calculator to the penny. You just have to find a dealer willing to be transparent on a lease.
What’d your terms end up looking like? Did you work with Travis?

I did work with them and even though the lease programs went up while i was waiting for my order they worked with me to get the payment where i wanted it.

I put $1,500 down and have a payment of $325. Money factor at .190 and residual at 73% with US Bank. MSRP was around $40,000.
