Finally ordered a 392! (CA with no markup)

Hi all-
Very happy to say that we finally found a dealer that would work with us. Salinas CA- After trying a few dealers (one in SoCal wanted 30k mark up) and another in the bay wanted 7500.
My dad is an old school muscle car guy, and I’m a diehard jeep fan. We have been eyeing the 392 since it was announced. Glad we waited a bit because now we’re getting what could be considered the best version to buy! (XR 2022)

Should be an awesome Jeep. It will join his 2021 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, my 2018 GC Trailhawk, our 2003 TJ Rubicon and my mom’s Compass Trailhawk.

When you go to Jeep.com you can only pick a 2021 392.

I guess that was my point. On Jeep.com it does not let you spec a 2022 so I was kinda answering your question. Does not look like you can order a 22.

Yes, the 22’s are all you can order now.
I wouldn’t rely on the build and price for anything… It’s run by the marketing people but doesn’t always reflect the build process available on dealer connect. Worth noting- You can’t even spec granite crystal on the build and price right now. But we absolutely ordered a 22 with the PAU paint code.
