Taking the broad view:
It seems that branding trends have gotten more dominant as manufacturing technology has evolved.

Lasers, vinyl cutting machines, water jets, CNC programming, etc...all of it allows the aftermarket to be creative in not only design and fabrication, but also in how loud, so to speak, their brand names and logos are evident on their products.

That is doubly true if the names and/or logos are integrated in such a way that makes them a permanent and un-removeable part of the product. They know what they're doing.
Do they not realize they are losing potential customers who like the clean look ? The first thing I bought for my new Jeep was weatherproof mats, OMG- Big Fugly, Green, Yellow, etc logos in the middle of each mat. The brand purchased had small mostly black, can be removed, to the side logos. I learned with my first purchase.

To judge from what I see every day, everywhere, those of us who like the clean look are a distinct minority.

Ball caps, sports jerseys, fender liners, foot-high lettering on tailgates, etc...the citizenry of this country loves to advertise what it bought, and where, and why. The market knows this, and acts accordingly.

On the very rare occasion that I allow overt branding, I try to have some fun with it. ;)

😔 - See Jeep hat, Harley T-shirt on page 1 . But they are available to display or not at will. Not laser cut into my forehead or tattooed on my back.( uh- as some willingly do get brand tattoos)

Sorry, just realized you said fenders.
Those are the Bushwacker Hyperform fender flares.
How do you like those fender flares? Are they pretty solid when mounted? Any fading that you've noticed?

No fading. Seem to resist scratches but I'm not abusive. I'm not happy with how they fit against the body. I sent pictures and they said they couldn't replicate it and even though I said "just send me the front set, no lights, no wires" and they sent me an entire new order! Used the two fenders out of that, threw the first pair into the box and sold the entire set for $200.
The new fenders fit the exact same way. Like shit. But when I showed the kid who bought them, what they looked like on my jeep and the part that isn't tight, he acted like it didn't bother him. I love the look but they could fix them if they'd just look at a set. Plastic, go figure.
