Fender lights?

My drivers front fender light does not work when in the running lights or the lights off setting. It works well with the headlights on. Why would this happen? What do I need to do to make it work, what should I look into? Thanks

what should I look into?

Sounds like you might have the 2 bulb setup. Check the DRL bulb. Could be a bad connection or the bulb is burnt out.
