I would never purchase the BB ATs over the AT4Ws. I also wouldn’t consider the Wildpeak R/Ts over the AT4Ws. These tires really are amazing.

+25 on the 703s. I don’t like the wide stance some people prefer. With my XR fender extensions, and 33PSI, the sidewall is about even with the fender extension at the tire bulge.
Thanks, and yes, I also prefer the tucked in look also (don’t like poke).
I am looking at OZ racing Rally Raid (Made in Italy) 17x8, +37 (~29.6 lbs) offset rims. The scrub radius with 35” tires on these rims is “0” zero ?.
2nd option is to go with Method 8.5” wide with +25 offset (scrub radius change by ~10-12 mm than stock and slightly heavier depending on wheel style.

I will put Falken AT4s on my list also. They are giving the other brands tough competition and that speaks a lot, I like their tires overall.

I appreciate your response and suggestion.
Cheers!

I have about 500 miles on mine and even though the installers set the pressures to 40psi. I'm reading this as they are over inflated. The insides of the tires look the same. y'all agree?

That seems far too high. I'm running mine at 33PSI, as mentioned. My stock KO2s were 37 PSI (JLUR 4xe). You should do a conversion based on load to arrive at a factory-matching pressure, to start.

By the way of the Chalk... 33 seems to be the answer.

Any update on availability ? Here in the Dallas area 315/70 17’s are on “back order”. 35/12.5 17‘s are available but only in E load ranges. 35/11.5 17 are “coming soon”.

And how about BFG KO3’s in 315/70 17 or 35/11.5-12.5 17 availability. I really would like to buy US built when possible.

There are a few 315's floating around. Availability is very limited. The 35X11.50r 17 and the 35X12.50R 17 are showing back ordered with no production dates available at this time.

Granted, my 35x12.50 Falken A/T4W tires are mounted on my Super Duty that I use to tow my toys to the off road parks, but just for a point of reference...

I'm seeing between 3,500 and 4,000 miles per 1/32" of tread wear so far. IF this rate of wear continues, my A/T4W tires will get somewhere between 60k and 65k total miles before being legally worn out. The warranty Falken puts on these should be perfectly safe. For an 8,000 lb. truck with 1,000 lb/ft of torque, that's not bad! On a lightweight Jeep these would probably last around 80,000+ miles.

They also still roll smooth as glass down the highway, are quiet, and the traction is noticeably better in foul weather compared to every other brand on the market that I've used in recent years. It IS a shame that the Falken A/T4W is made in China now, but you WILL NOT find a better all-terrain tire.
