Falcon 3.3 Revalve

Just got off the phone with TF in regards to having my 3.3's re-valved, and they told me they have NEVER re-valved a set of shocks, and that anyone on any forum that has said they have are fos!! Then said they came out with the SP2 to address this stiffness issues of the 3.3.
I'd ditch them, but already have front and rear inner fenders specifically cut for the 3.3's. What a crock of shit!

I was seriously considering those shocks for my JT. But I’ve been hearing they are on the stiff side.

If they can be taken apart like any high-end off-road shock then anybody that does shock revalving can take care of them for you. Should cost between $75-$100 per shock.

Just stock with RC spacers. Ran this combo to keep close to factory ride, and see if 2.5" was high enough.

The synergy springs are the closest to stock but they are stiffer so I don’t know if you are going to have a positive outcome. I could be and hope I am wrong.

On a side note I am also running a RC 2.5”‘spacer lift for now to see if it is enough lift. I have the RC N3 shocks though

I started with just the RC and shock ext and thought the ride was not bad. Went to the 3.3's and it stiffened up some. IDK what the actual spring rate would be on stock springs with the spacer? I would think the compression would stiffen them somewhat? Maybe not, never seen any info on it?

Synergy -20 series springs are (initial/ride rate) 110/120 front and 140/175 rear for the 4-door 2" springs
I went with the -10 series springs which are even softer at 95/120 front and 115/150 rear

good info, I could have sworn I saw someone from Synergy post that their springs were stiffer than oem rubicon ssprings but by less than 10% stiffer. I'm happy to be wrong and hope the o.p. is happy with the new setup
