Hi all - having a hard time deciding between these 2 lifts. Haven't heard much about fabtech lifts and how they hold up, but I like that its a 3'' as I don't want to go to a 3.5 on my Sahara. The skyjacker lift is one I keep getting recommended if im not trying to spend a lot of money, but I;ve heard their spring sag over time. Also planning on scrapping the shocks and going with a set of Bilstein 5100's. Can anyone chime in on the quality of these 2 companies lifts?

which ever you decide, be sure to correct the caster at a minimum.

Already running metalcloak UCA's. Caster sitting at about 6.5 degrees on my 2.5'' budget boost
have you considered piece a lift together? If you catch on a 10% weekend you could order the coils and rocksports for close to 600 the other pieces can be budget bought separate too like the bump stops and sway bar links.

I thought of that. But then I was wondering if I start putting together a lift with a bunch of different components am I going to have any figment or clearance issues. If not then yea I’d just buy some higher quality springs and bump stops from RK and grab the bilsteins with it

no. There won’t be any issues I can think of if you stick with reputable companies. Biggest suggestion is get shocks to pair with your coils.

Synergy sells 3” lift springs that are slightly stiffer than stock, and slightly softer than the mopar lift springs. I have them, I like them.

I have the Fabtech 3" lift
Jeep Wrangler JL Fabtech vs Skyjacker 20200329_102647
with the Bilstein 5100 shocks.
I really like it, a little stiffer than stock but still an overall good ride.
Note that the Rear Track Bar Bracket has to be welded on. Only thing that stops you from doing the lift yourself unless you have a welder.
