I just flip it up on the roof.
Me too. But if I did a lot of overlanding I could see how the extra bit of awning might be nice to have.

Yep. That’s what I’ve been doing & no problem doing that. I just wanted a bit of an awning for when I’m at camp.

How easy is it to remove if you’re planning on going top down? This might be helpful to make it easier for my pup to get in through the back

What do they supply to hold the side windows lower corners in place?... The rear window holds the side windows in place
The rear window is independent of the side windows. The rear corners have a plastic structure that’s stays in place. This is no different than flipping the rear window on top of the soft top. The braces just create a bit of an awning.
