"Escalate this?"

Last night on Jeep Chat the representative asked if I wanted her to "escalate" my order. What exactly does that mean? Its been 7 weeks since my order and no movement at all. Who does my order escalate to? Is this just a way to tell me to sit tight it'll be awhile?

I think I'm familiar with what your are describing, and I think that's a de-escalator, but not an auto. Did you order the manual, de-escalator?

I don't think anyone know what "escalation" entails. But do it anyway. My guess is it's just a way for them to placate you a little longer.... or make you feel like actual progress on your order is being made.

They escalated my order and it did nothing. I received an email from a Jeep representative that says do not respond to this email. I received two emails from them that were totally wrong with build info. I believe it's just to make you feel important to them. You're not!!

Just be patient like the rest of us... Escalation is just a gimmic to make you feel better, it won't help your order.
