Hey fellow Jeepers,
I’m stumped! 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Traction control light, check engine light and warning to service Electronic Stability Control on.
Dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, engine fan on and wouldn’t shut off until I shut Jeep off. Haven’t been off roading, no lift, and no codes are coming up.
Any suggestions?

Hello Jewelsb, I've had the same issue on my 21', early on, after hitting a hard bump. After a little it cleared, took it to the dealership and they said no issue. At the Greenbrier Jeep Jamboree last year I had the same issue after another hard bump. This time not only did the dash light up but the system started implementing traction control randomly and braking wheels, while in 4lo which should have traction control off. Today at the Tennessee Jeep Jamboree I had the same issue and the 20' Ruby behind me had the same issue. I've heard it could be a bad speed sensor but haven't investigated yet. Anyone have any experience with this?

I have a 2018 JLU and the service traction control and ESS lights started coming on randomly only a few months into ownership. I’m the only owner. It continues to do it to this day and I’ve had mechanics look at it every time I take it to the shop for other maintenance. I move around the country and no mechanic or dealer has ever been able to figure it out 🤷‍♀️

Apparently you can rest the steering angle sensor calibration by turning steering wheel full left/right twice, shut engine off, close door and let sit for 10 min, or, adjust the drag link to get the wheel back to centre.
I’ll be trying both options, will update when done.
