The aftermarket has been slow to respond, especially for the 2 door. Since the JL is 2" wider, and 2" longer , for the 2Dr over the JK, maybe this Pavement Ends, Emergency Top # 56814-01 would fit the JL. At $130 from QuadraTec, its worth a try
The JL 4 Dr is maybe 5" longer than the JK, so there might be enough stretch in the JK 4Dr cover to fit. QuadraTec # 11174.0044 for the JK 4 Dr, price $126
