Recently ordered a 2026 Willys X 35 with a soft top. I am looking for an easy (no bolts off, window removal etc..) sun bonnet to put on with the soft top all the way down, (back quarter panel windows removed), but still have some sun protection from the Texas sun. Looking for something to strap (bungees) on and go. If it isn't simple and fast,... probably never use it. I"m not good with my hands, and have no desire to start taking things apart, so something to strap on and drive away would be my only option. And easy for you ... is probably difficult for me. The more simple it is the better. My apologize to those that are good at taking things apart and putting them back together...just not my thing! Appreciate any ideas from the Forum.

I prefer the MOPAR version, snaps on, little tough the first few times but gets easier with age.

Do you have a part number for the MOPAR part? And thanks for your input!

I just ordered the Bartact sun shade front and rear. Looks like you install it once and stays on with the hardtop installed. I was on the fence until I came home with a sunburn. Spendy, I hope I like it. I'll post some pictures on this tread when it's on and give it a review.

Spiderweb shade users: They (spiderweb.com) claims that you can leave the shade on with a soft top...it was my understanding that you can put a hard top over the shade but not for the soft top. But Spiderweb web site claims it works for the soft as well. Also, if you do have to remove the shade to put the soft top back on, my second question is, can you leave the spacer on the screws that go into the roll bars? Or do you have to remove the spacers to get the soft top back on?
Anyone with spiderweb shade experience and have soft tops have an opinion! Thank you
