Ive had my eye on the overland for quite awhile, the interior door panel has to be removed and they're pricey but get great reviews. I think the soft pockets are actually more practical.
You don't have to completely remove them, but you do have to pull out quite a few plug connectors to pry away the panel enough to slide on the pockets. You can also remove the OEM nets, but I just left mine in place. I still don't actually use the pockets much, but I also don't get caught on them and no more concerns about sagging

Oh, at a glance and their photos I thought the door panel had to be completely removed. Now that you pointed it out and I actually read it, just need to pull the bottom part of the panel off. I might be able to accomplish that. (I think) Wow, thank you for pointing that out friend. 👍
When I popped out mine, it truly did feel like I was breaking things -- some of the pegs actually disconnected from the wrong side, too (I think they were supposed to stay on the door, but they moved with the panel.) but everything snapped back into place just fine for me. You are also supposed to add some holes for screws, which I did, but (someone else said, and I agree) I think they'd actually be okay without using the extra screws since they're held in place decently securely

I would think yes, as it's about the same as a water bottle, but do you believe an umbrella would fit in the big front pocket?
Yep, they fit. I had two umbrellas -- the blue one is "chunkier." I'm guessing it's bigger when open. My knee would probably rest against it while driving, especially during right turns. It doesn't impede the seat movement, though -- the passenger side shows the seat moved the whole way up + slid forward extra since it's a two door.

(Yeah, my Jeep is currently a salty, muddy mess. I'll get around to cleaning it this week, probably.)

Wow! That's quite impressive, especially compared to what I use my pocket nets for, absolutely nothing!

Very helping info, thanks much for sending pics. My jeeps are crazy dirty right now, my gray one looks like it was parked directly under a massive flock of shitting birds. Need to get it to the carwash soon - probably :).

Although these are a bit pricey, I went ahead and bought them tonight. Looking forward to getting them and getting them installed.
