Door hinge nuts already rusted

I recently noticed my door hinge nuts are all rusted on my 2021 (I've only had it since September 2020) and it only has 2300 miles on it. It sits in the garage when it isn't being driven. Has anyone found a solution to this or an aftermarket nut that won't corrode? I've tried searching Amazon but after reading reviews, I won't be purchasing from there. I don't want the Mopar ones because they will completely rust out on me in a few months like the ones I have now.

Mine is 3 years old and not rusted.

If you don't want metal to rust, it needs to be washed as soon as you get road salt on it.

Any solutions? My 6 month old JL has the door bolts rusting as well. I sprayed iron x to clean it off. Then put a small coat of wd40 for now.

I bought POR15 from Amazon, just have to find time to take the bolts out and actually clean them properly. I’m hoping this is the solution!
