Maybe it's just me. LOL. But one tire depending on which way you last turned the steering wheel seems to be kicked out just a little.

I have a new Clayton lift. New fox shocks, new fox ATS stabilizer, and I have had it aligned. The only thing out on the alignment was a half a degree of toe.

The jeep drives beautiful, better than it ever has, even better than new. I tried to take some pictures. The way it is in the pic.s it's the passenger side that looks kicked out to me. The wife even noticed.

So is this just me?
Am I seeing this correct?
Can anyone else see this?
And do I need to worry about it?
Is it play in the tie rod? The alignment guy said everything was fine?

Thanks

in all honesty, it looks like the passenger is kicked out but the drivers side looks pushed in. Straighten the teering whhel? I dont really see an issue.

You’ll probably notice uneven wear on your tire soon enough. Take it back to the alignment shop and ask WTH is going on.

I will most likely get trashed for this but here goes. First, jack it up, spin the tires and see if they run true. Let it down and move it back and forth 5-10 feet to get the wheels in a straightforward passion. Get someone to help. Take a tape and measure from the right side tire to left side tire in the center of the tread as high up under the front as possible. Do exactly the same thing on the back side of the front tires. The front measurement should be set at NO less 1/8 to 3/16 closer than the measurement in the rear. I am 79 and have been doing it since I was 15 and always had great luck with it. Caster and camber is very simple. All you need is a very flat concrete slab, a large framing square, and a tape measure. Measure at the top and bottom of the rim, the tire isn't as accurate measurement.

I just replaced drag link & tie rod & noticed the same when I was done. Passenger-side toed out a bit, just like your picture.

I didn't think to check for this before I started the work. I straightened it out a bit & I'm not yet sure if I did any good. I'm in for an alignment on Friday.

Just kind of an optical illusion. Every single Wrangler I've ever worked on has this going on, no matter how good the numbers are for axle centeredness, toe, caster, etc.

Its the Body. It isnt mounted straight on the chassis. Mine looks the same way, literally the words I'll bee snuck up and sh*t on, it does stick out or looks that way. It is as square as can be just had it aligned Saturday, I can roll down a nice flat road and take my hands right off the wheel, no pull or push??? I swear the Body must be crooked, everything to the frame is square..
