So one of my rear defroster wire came loose. I contemplated soldering, etc…, but seemed ripe for failure. I bought Henkel Loctite Abelstik 3888, an electrically conductive epoxy. Cleaned the defroster contacts with 400 grit sandpaper, mixed the epoxy and clamped it for 24 hours. Works perfectly. The Loctite 3888 was not cheap ($80 from McMaster-Carr) but super quick and easy.
