Dimmable footwell light red replacement recs?

Hello all,
I’d like to replace the dimmable white footwell lights with dimmable red lights, see many options on this on this site, any other recs? Not looking to add lights under the seat, just wanna make the existing footwell lights red.

The existing lighting is LED and soldered to a small circuit board. Unless you are extremely good at soldering onto a circuit board, you're going to need to add something else and tap into the existing wiring.

Tinted film applied to the existing foot well led light(s) has done the deed for other forum member's.

Depends on how obnoxious you want that red lighting... 8-)

Thanks, I was actually gonna try that and I also read that maybe try coloring it with a red sharpie. Not looking for obnoxious red…as long as I can dim it, have a say in the level obnoxiousity…

Wow! Like that set up! Gonna give that a go. I have a 2DR, so I can go with a few less, but that’s great that they’re still dimmable. Exactly what I was looking for. Thks.

Ordered these, multiple color options FYI.

Project complete: Disconnected the stock white led footwell light plug and installed a pair of red leds on each side. One is connected to the door/dome wire and the other is connected to the dimmable flood. Pretty simple install, got the leds from superbrightleds.com (they have other color options). Put the ground wires together in one connection. Only trick is the led wires aren’t labeled +/- so use a 9v battery to see which wire is which. LEDs work one way only so polarity matters.
