Demco baseplate

I bought a Demco baseplate from eTrailer for my Jeep but it will not work with the winch. They want me to pay for return shipping. I paid just under $600 with tax. Would anyone here be interested in it? My trailer shop opened the box but never/could not install it. I would rather not deal with shipping this huge ass box and trying to figure out how to tape it shut when it was stapled closed. I would want no less than $350 for it. You would have to pick it up In Mesa AZ. Has a diamond plate steel skid plate.
The shop installed a Blue Ox baseplate which I hate since the bars stick out and look like shit.
