Last couple of days during the first start and takeoff after having the vehicle sit overnight or for several hours my 1-2 shift has been significantly delayed. I always let the engine RPMs come down after starting engine and before putting in gear and taking off. I am also easing into the throttle when I take off and not mashing it to floor. Engine is revving up a fair amount before shifting and I hear a rattle (doesn't sound like spark knock, but could be) when it revs up. The delayed shift doesn't worry me as much as the accompanying engine rattle does. I have 15,500 miles on it now and it didn't do this last winter. Temperatures have been in the High 30's-40's now here when it started. Anyone else experiencing this?
