WTH? Experienced violent front end shaking on a bumpy section of road near my house, so picked up my neighbor who is a mechanic, and drove over the same spot same speed no death wobble! Went back to hospital garage, he checked everything from the wheels to the suspension and drive shafts and ball joints No Issues!

Im no expert but I believe its oscillation left to right due to the solid axle. That can happen regardless of new or worn parts.

You may want to go over all your lift/suspension bolts again. An alignment afterward also might be tell tale.

I just fixed this on my 22 Rubi (with only 20K miles on it). My suspicion (based on a lot of research with newer vehicle DW) was ball joints. The factory BJs are really cheap with plastic inserts that wear quickly, especially with bigger wheels. While they didn’t feel loose at all, that was the fix. I installed Terraflex adjustable ball joints that also have the grease fittings, besides being all steel construction and preload adjustable, so as they wear I can tight them up. Cost about $300 and was able to have them replaced under factory warranty (I bought the Terraflex, dealer billed Jeep for new ball joint warranty repairs, but just installed Terraflex). We checked or replaced Drag link, pittman arm, track bar, re-torqued everything, but ultimately, it was the ball joints.

I will look into getting new ball joints I have 20K on the Jeep mostly highway but I've done some pretty rough trails that could have worn them out Thanks!
