Dealer acting strange

Hi guys,

I'm wondering if anyone is getting the same thing from their dealer.

I ordered a JL with dual top and the dealer is coming back saying the order book is closed for dual top because jeeps supplier is behind. It's been two weeks and no update. I put in a deposit of 500 and have no idea why they wouldn't want to push the order through.

They are claiming that FCA has the order but I have no proof or reason to believe them.

Any thoughts?

I'd call a different dealer just to ask, if one says they can order it then call original dealer and get deposit back. They havent actually ordered you one so the deposit isnt for anything really.

Also in Mass there are quite a few dealers that have on lots now. You may be able to find what you want built...

Is it a Sport? There is a hold on hard tops for the sport. It would make sense if the dual top was also on hold for them.
