Damn transfer case linkage!!!

2021 Rub, Diesel, 3.5” lift, 37’s. I’ve adjusted this damn transfer case linkage a million times. Took it to the dealer, they adjusted it to “spec” popped out of 4H non-stop. Had a reputable 4wd shop adjust it. Popped out of 4L non-stop. Adjusted it myself and the damn thing pops out of both all the time. Anyone have any luck with this issue?

Damn thing popped out of 4L today in the middle of a steep hill climb, which unlocked the rear locker, reconnected the sway bar and canceled off-road +. Not a good situation.

Mine is doing the same thing. I have no idea how to fix it but would love to piggyback off what you discover. Is the linkage adjusting you mention at the shifter or at the actual transfer case?

Have you peeked at the transfer case linkage? Is it the same bunny ear looking junk as previous years?

if not, want to tear apart that new one?

The linkage I’m adjusting is right at the shift knob. Pull up the fabric and there is a bunny ear with a tiny adjustment hole. I’m hoping someone knows of a better adjustment down stream of this.

4H Auto (clutch) transfer case? Haters love to hate, but ours has been flawless across all conditions.
