Installed Rusty's adjustable track bars today and cracked the axle end mount on the front axle. The bushing on the axle end didn't want to go in the mount so I was trying to pry it open just enough to slip in and it cracked in the bend where the front of the mount wraps around to make the channel for the bushing... I'll have it welded by a local guy in the next couple of days... it's solid when the the bar is in and tightened up so I don't think it'll be hurt long term...

I just wanted to let ya'll know to not pry on the mount too hard if you need to tweak it to get the bar in...

I don't... you could just barely see it and then it disappeared when I tightened the bolt... I'll try to get some when I get it welded...

Thanks for this I was about to do that tomorrow! Instead I think I will shave a MM of material off the metal bushing on my rock krawler trac bar

Actually I talked to the guys at a Rock Krawler and was told that it’s preferable to open up the slot since shaving the bushing could induce wobble

Just be careful doing it... mine didn't give much until it popped...
