Question! If I top off my Intercooler/Power Electronics Coolant Reservoir with the Preston max coolant that states it compatible with my 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4xe is this bad? Would you drain it all and fill with the mapar? Apparently I read after I added it that we should mix the hoat with oat but this is the coolant advanced auto suggested when I gave them my vehicle details.

All I can think is that with three separate reservoirs of Mopar pink coolant I am reluctant to mix with something that is a different color.

If you mixed hoat with oat you need to drain, flush, then refill with correct coolant. They are not compatible. Coolant is the one place I will only use factory stuff as the consequences can be serious if you use the wrong coolant.

It's not rocket science nor is it voodoo witchcraft. Just don't mix incompatible chemistry. Don't put HOAT in a system that has OAT in it and visa-versa. The brand doesn't matter. Yes, you can put brand X in with Mopar factory fills without worry, IF you adhere to the rule to not mix HOAT with OAT.

For the mean time. If I did not start the vehicle and was able to suction all the coolant out that I added and then added oat I should be ok to use the vehicle/

What color was the stuff you put in your jeep? A picture of the jug would be helpful.
