Coolant leak 2020 2.0

My wife's Jeep has a small coolant leak and not sure how to fix this, would I need a new Y fitting and clamps.

I would start by replacing those band aids with pressure dressings (pinch clamps bad, worm clamps good, manufacturers stupid).

Also take that Y out, clean it, and inspect it for cracks.
Might be the clamp, might be a crack in the Y.

While you're there, just replace a lot of those plastic parts. I linked all parts in the other thread and others have linked other options as well.

I filled the reservoir with coolant again and the leak is coming from the seam; I will replace that and see. Thanks for the replies.

I just installed the Mishimoto reservoir in my daughter's 2019 2.0 last weekend. That thing is a beast. The little window on the side for checking the coolant level is great.
