Cold Weather Issue/Remote Start

I have the Amazon Remote Start X module in my 2018 JLU and with the recent cold spell in NW Ohio have been having issues. Anyone else have these issues?

1. Sometimes the remote start will not work

2. The other day I used remote start and vehicle started but when I put it in drive and hit the gas there was nothing, no power. Resolved this by turning vehicle off and starting with push to start/stop button and then worked normally.

Remote start x , is by design to shut off motor when you open the door, this is their theft deterrent. Just restart it again as normal with key or push start.
And also I find the range is iffy sometimes..
I have the startx on wife’s 22 Toyota RAV4.

Mine is 21 Jeep jl factory remote can start it 300ft+
