This popped up on my way to work. Ran my Jscan and these are the codes.

2018 sport S with 70k miles
Axles swapped over winter (about 15-20k ago) no issues. Axles are 392 axles with 3.73 gears. I reprogrammed everything with Jscan.

I can’t put it into 4wd but I can put the Tcase in neutral (it doesn’t tell me it’s in neutral but I tried and rolled backwards so I know it does.

I noticed I was getting the auto start stop warning light come on about a month ago but it hasn’t happened in about 1-2 weeks if that matters.

Any help with this one?

I'd suspect battery, ABS and locker connectors on the axles, flaky ground connection, star connector behind the glove box. Probably in that order.

If you haven't seen this thread, take a look:

Have you eliminated the Aux battery yet?
Thanks so much for the response!

I haven’t eliminated it yet. I’ve read on this forum all sorts of odd stuff happening when it’s dying…but I figured if mine was working I wouldn’t fix what isn’t broke…maybe now is the time. Is it really as easy as pulling a fuse and taping off the ground terminal?

Ya it's pretty easy. I left mine like that for close to two years before I replaced the main battery and removed the aux entirely.

Cool…I’m going to go try it at lunch during my break…looks easy enough. That would be great if it was just the battery.

Well let’s see what happens…easy lunchtime fix…pulled the fuse and the cable and ran my jscan. No codes popped and no serv4wd light on currently. I’ve yet to drive it. My drive home is about 45 miles so that should be enough to throw the code again if that wasn’t the fix. I also did trail view on Jscan and it was able to read that the transfer case was in 2wd (it wasn’t able to when the serv4wd light was on).

I’ll also try to put it in 4wd and neutral on the way home.

As for now….
