Cleghorn trail this Friday September 9

a few of us are planning to hit the Cleghorn Trail this friday. It is the first day of the cooldown thankfully ?

@zeebo56 @entropy @SadRobot have expressed interest in going. The more the merrier so please post up if youd be interested in joining us.

Cleghorn is off the 15 just at the south entrance of the Cajon Pass. Its easy to get to. I first did this trail in my base sport on 33s with stock suspension. it seems crazy but its very doable. Last time i was there we saw a guy in a stock Grand Cherokee Trailhawk doing everything we did. There also bypasses for every obstacle if you dont feel comfortable.

the meet up spot is on the west side of the 15 next to the railroad tracks, at the Cleghon offramp. big dirt lot.

Looks like rain starting around 11A tomorrow in Cajon Pass. You guys still going if it rains?

Any chance of going today instead before the rain hits?

Rained this morning in Riverside, but not severe. Heavy downpour, then gone.

I will be driving by there in the evening on my way to Mammoth.

id have to wear swim trunks. My seats got soaked this morning lol

ive been watching the weather. From what i see it wont rain till afternoon. Very low %/chance of rain until 2pm And its still less than 50% until early evening. We’ll be good. If it starts to rain we can take the bypass roads to get out. We wont get stuck or anything.
