There are several companies restoring classic Land Rover Defenders. These beasts have the original SFA and a variety of engines including LS and diesel power. One company is Himalaya. There are others. No prices are listed anywhere, but I expect they are expensive.

Helderburg and Monarch are other restorers. I saw a classic 130 in a parking lot a few months ago and was impressed with how new it looked. At the time I did not know there is a mini industry doing these restorations.
