I received a Jeep Feedback email titled,"Your Jeep Wrangler JL Vehicle Quality Feedback" with a survey link attached.
I've completed the survey mentioning the majority of the issues we've all come across.
It redirects me to JeepFeedback.com for the survey.

1. Has anyone else received this?
2. Have you completed the survey?
3. JeepCares does not recognize the email address it was sent from,

It could be:
  1. An internal survey FCA sends out to all new customers after 90 days of ownership to ask about any issues with the vehicle, likes and dislikes
  2. A 3rd party survey MaritzCX sends out every quarter to a random sample of new buyers to asks a wide variety of questions, including the buying experience, vehicles cross-shopped, the quality of new vehicle, likes and dislikes, satisfaction with the dealer
  3. A 3rd party survey JD Power sends out every six months to a random sample of new buyers to measure quality problems in first 90 days of ownership (Initial Quality Study or IQS)
I have received all of these over the years: (1) has a rather Mickey Mouse look and feel; (2) is recognizable for being very long, tedious and repetitive; (3) is usually well identified as coming from JD Power.

So if you didn’t recognize it chances are it was either 1 or 2; if it looked cheap it was (1); if it was painfully long it was (2).

Hope this helps.

Awesome information. Nine-month owner, long and detailed questions. I'd assume it is either 2 or 3 of your mentioned possibilities. As Jeep does not recognize this as an internal email address, I'd guess it definitely didn't come from FCA.
I will say this, they do not ask for any personal information about myself or the Wrangler. I completed the survey as it didn't feel like a phishing attempt.
The questions were detailed from Interior, Exterior, issues observed and when, likes, dislikes, dealership interaction (wrote a novel on that), sound system, AC, controls, comfort (detailed questions about front/back seats), driveability, and so forth.

If it was long chances are it was (2) then.

JD Power mails a paper survey and provides an online survey link as an option.

Here’s a link to MaritzCX https://www.maritzcx.com/what-we-do/industries/

I found their survey unnecessarily long, tedious and repetitive. For instance, it kept asking me to evaluate my Fiat 124 Spider on rear seat comfort, rear door entry/exit, 3rd row seating comfort, AWD, roof rack, sunroof, and a whole bunch of other things that were not applicable to a 2-seat roadster. It was quite irritating.

AWD, roof rack, sunroof, rear seat comfort, 3rd row seating...what...?

I got the same survey from the same email address.

The email was signed at the bottom by Mark Chapine, Head of North America Quality, Fiat Chrysler. I didn't see anything suspicious about it and filled it out.

Bingo, that sounds exactly like the survey I received. I had a few questions that were N/A, but nothing like your Spider's. I appreciate the feedback and feel a little better about my decision to fill it out. I'll talk all day about my experience with my dealership. (horrible)

I get what you are saying ... but ...
Unfortunately, that was an indicator to me that this could be a phishing attempt. Typically, when an email is signed from a company, but that company is not aware of the originating email address, signs point to the email being fake.
