So I’ve been waiting for about a year now for JL chrome parts to become more available but I’m still not seeing much.
Anyone have a line on chrome tube bumpers and side steps?

Chrome is currently out-of-trend, but being in Ohio, you could probably find a number of places in-state that could chrome-up just about anything you want them to.

This seems like the only viable route right now.

I'm old. I remember chrome
They used to put it on cars, trucks, Jeeps and Harleys. I miss chrome.
I’m not old but I love the look.

Hopefully there will be some decent options soon.

Maybe you could find who makes the chrome parts that you’re looking for on a JK and make inquiries with them as to if/when they’ll have JL parts forthcoming.

Chrome is out of style, and that's probably why I want it. Here's the look I'm going for. Not a Sahara trying to be a Rubicon, but a Sahara being a Sahara properly. I feel like those gorgeous polished aluminum wheels are writing checks that that cheap silver paint on the grill can't cash.

It used to be common to see chrome wheels and bumpers roll bars, etc on the CJ's & TJ's. I liked that look too. Then the blackout craze came. Not knocking blackout, I have silver Moab. I put Rubi wheels on it to lighten it up a bit.

Chrome vinyl wrap, this may be an option for you to use on parts.

Not entirely a bad idea!!! Actually it may give me some flexibility in kicking stuff up.
